Question 1

How do I get started with The Life Project?

Accepted Answer

Start by choosing the plan that suits you and subscribing, then choose your path.

Question 2

How do I change my plan?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the upgrade page.

Question 3

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us through the contact form on this page.

Question 4

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Question 5

Which age groups are the stories and methods in The Life Project suited to?

Accepted Answer

The Life Project is designed for children from roughly two to eight years old. The approach helps a mother adapt the story, the way she tells it, and the play and activities around it to suit the children's stage: what draws a two-year-old in and encourages them to take part is not what stirs an eight-year-old's curiosity and deepens their grasp of the story and its values.

Question 6

How do I find a Life Project group in my city?

Accepted Answer

Choose your country and city on the community map or in the group finder, and you will see the groups that are available or still forming. You can then send a request to join the group that suits you and your children's ages.

Question 7

What if there is no group near me?

Accepted Answer

You can register your interest for your city, and we will let you know when other mothers there would like to form a group. You are also welcome to start a new group yourself and invite mothers near you to join it.

Question 8

Do I need experience in storytelling?

Accepted Answer

No previous experience is needed. The Life Project book gives guidance that helps a mother choose a story, prepare to tell it, and bring it to life. There are also training paths for those who would like to develop their storytelling skills and their way of engaging children.

Question 9

Is taking part in the community free?

Accepted Answer

Basic registration in the community, searching for groups, and using the open spaces are all free. The book, the training courses, the specialist programmes and private consultations are separate, with prices shown on their own pages.

Question 10

Can a mother join the community before buying the book?

Accepted Answer

Yes — she can join the community, get to know the groups and read others' experiences before buying the book. The book is recommended for anyone who wants to put the programme into practice, though, because it explains how to choose a story, tell it, form a group and share out the roles.
